BMO is not our primary bank, however, we do have a couple of products with them. We stopped in about two weeks ago. In spite of a very short line, we had a very long wait: one person logging off for break while the other was in training. The Manager stepped in and was very helpful give her high marks in customer service. She offered to help us with setting up on line banking. We set up an appointment and, our bad, we missed it. I was surprised that there was no follow up call to see if we wanted to reschedule or not. Again - not necessarily their "job", but disappointed and surprised that they did not follow up with us. We call this week to ask for another appointment. Unfortunately, one has to have an on line account in order to book an appointment on line. So that option did not work. We finally get through on the phone to the branch and....get voice mail. It has now been about 4 days and no call back. Leaves us with the impression that there is no real desire on the part of the bank to encourage us to do more business there.
Always Long waits at this branch. Other staff see this and don’t assist the main teller
Iv been waiting for a month to hear back about debt consolidation they've hit my credit multiple time over the month bringing my credit score way down iv called multiple times leaving messages iv gotten one call back with no answers to my questions this started out as a nice meeting to a demolished credit score one month later with no results I'm still in the dark no calls back I went Into the branch to find out I was basically forgotten me I'm seriously thinking about leaving this bank
This team worked with me over the phone and stayed on the line to ensure all issues were resolved prior to getting off the line. thank you for the help!
I have never had a problem with this bank 8 years until today thou, the other day the clerk made me believe I could make a advanced payment on my loan even asked her so I wont have to pay next month, loan behold pun intended I payed and am left with 0 cash for two weeks as well trying to resolve it monday morning dodged my calls until 4pm when it closes get a loan for 30k and they leave me penniless for two weeks
