I called BMO bank last week couldn’t get through got a message saying leave a message and we will get back to you at the end of the day so I left a message. They never got back to me at the end of the day and this is like the 10th time this is happened I just wanted to deal with my GIC. I was told at the last meeting with the bank I would be called and I knew in my mind they were not gonna call me. They never do when they say how can you conduct business like this? thanks a lot
Be very careful.... My first issue is that me and three ladies stood in line for 15 minutes while bank tellers had personal conversations with clients talking about RVs, camping and motorhomes while there are customers in the building there to do business... The second and far more concerning issue.... I handed $770 to a teller to deposit into my business account, he told me it was done... I get to my truck and check and he had shorted me $400…. I went in obviously, to which he nervously explained he made a mistake and yet he had absolutely no idea how much money I had given him… then he tried to short me $100, to which I corrected him and he deposited the full amount. I was about to call the manager and demand they pull the security tapes. Now this may have been by accident, lack of training, or simple negligence, or possibly could’ve been intentional. My warning to anyone going to this bank is to count your money in front of your tellers, do not trust that they’re correctly adding your deposit and be very wary of the gentleman who works there with a long beard and tattoos on his arm… Very sketchy…. Very unlike any other experience I have had at BMO…
It is not acceptable to wait 45mints to 1 hour . Every time you come to this branch . I have a small business and I have to come several times a week . Lots of wasted time
I have been trying to book an appointment with this branch but several choose-your-own-adventures on the phone were a dead end, claiming their mailbox was not set up. I'm writing this review while still on hold. I do not appreciate you wasting an hour of my time so you can save $5 in customer support wages. Is this the type of service customers can expect in the future? No thanks.
Only one teller when I went in 430 on a Saturday. No people. The teller was fantastic. She helped quivkly. We had a little misunderstanding, speaking through masks. But it was quickly rectified and I was on my way. I cannot remember her name but she went to school in London. We had some laughs. I think the misunderstanding was she was remembering her youth! Very personable. Good to have small town treatmenr!
Horrible Business banking service. I have a small Business and had an phone appointment 2 weeks ago. After a short conversation, I was told that the person I was speaking to did not know the answer to the question I had. She said she would call back that day however after 2 weeks, sending 2 emails and leaving 1 voicemail, I still have not heard back. Not a peep. Nothing.
I love BMO, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I tend to go in every couple of weeks to do my deposits in person instead of through the machine. I don’t even mind waiting in line because I know when I get to the teller, I will get the best service. My only wish is that they had photo deposit because I can’t get into the bank without having to take an hour off from work.
During certain demanding time in a day, clients are required patience on line up. But, those customer representatives skills are talented and generous to provide better services to each client. Look like senior position staffs back up appropriately their team once it get busier. I receive certain tips for daily banking from them time to time. Thanks BMO.
Amazing service and friendly service people who know their jobs. So thankful for all that Joellen did for me. Just fabulous. Sure recommended to use this bank for your needs.
I'm vary unhappy with my bank from the atm being constantly broken.the bs hope's they make there corporate customers jump therw. I should have went somewhere else to set up my company's banking.
