Branch seems to be quite short of staff, nor seems to have ones that are knowledgeable of their own bank policies. Staff also make commitments to have items resolved by a certain date or promise to call clients back same day but then never follow through on these promises. Very disappointing concerning and causing a degree of stress for a family who has had an account with this branch for over 50 years. Update: After this post bank management reached out and took personal ownership of our file. The matter has now been resolved to our satisfaction.
Bill is right, they are quite a short of staff but when i visited, they were not too busy. I mostly travel and work in BC, i requested that i am only here for 2 days in town and want to open an account wow, they don't have time for their new customers how can you expect they will assist you better after having account. 1 star because there was no line up and still they told me cannot assist today.
Branch hours are terrible. Thanks to the local muggings you can't even access the ATM after hours. Don't expect the banks to go out of their way for you.
