What a pleasure to deal with the Quesnel store. With Tanya at the helm, the business runs smoothly. Both Tanya and Sarah are so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Money Mart policies. They are polite and easy to deal with no matter what the issues are. Friendly, non judgemental and easy to deal with, Money Mart has two great people representing them. Thank you, thank you to both ladies. You make people feel at ease and important to the business at the same time!

Tanya and Sarah at the Quesnel branch are extremely helpful at any given time. They are both very friendly and patient and love their clients, and to help in any way they can. If they can't, they'll find another way! Thank you for being there :
This company has placed a negative item on my credit report. I have called numerous numbers and emailed on several occassions. I've spoken to service representatives, supervisors, and management, each person transfers me to someone else, no individual can correct this issue. All staff that I've spoken to have promised me satisfaction and has done absolutely nothing. Customer service is non existent!!! I even had one of their managers identify to me that their practices are wrong and they needed to be corrected. My initial contact with money mart began in Oct 2019, this is when I brought the error to their attention. I don't know how many times contact was made, however I know it's been well over 100 times. No resolution as occured and as soon as I inquire about it, all they do is pass the buck!!! My advice is... SEEK SERVICES FROM ANOTHER AGENCY!!!!!
Sarah is the best. She understands the importance of money flexibility and strives to make it possible for me to walk out every time satisfied
