Well if you want to deposit money into your account then don't go here. Wasted my time driving downtown to walk a few blocks to find out I can only deposit checks not cash. Ok well maybe I'll take out all my money and go somewhere else if that's how it is. Very disappointed. Your machine is broken fix it or I'll go somewhere else. *edit* I also love how they copy n paste the same response to everyone way to go bot
Booked an appointment for 9:30 over a week ago, due to my brother's death. Took time off work to drive in, which is an hour trip. No one there, no change of time, no notice. So completely unacceptable, I'm furious.
They stole my money out of my account. And say it was Fraud.
