ATM machines are down, crappy hours, credit card issues. The people that work here are amazing though. Extremely nice and helpful staff at this bank. Only bank I have ever banked with and because of these consistent issues time to explore some new places

I have been a loyal BMO customer for 35 plus years. I am on ODSP and came to the branch to request an overdraft protection. I found the service very dis-satisfying. BMO has taken away personal services and reduced banking to a cold computer to make their decisions. I ask why I was turned down. Well Cause the computer said so. 35 Years, and all I was looking for was just $500 overdraft. Bank of Montreal lacks the personal connection, they are cold, hard, and disconnected from their customers. Heartless sole-less rude people. Disconnected with the needs of their customers. I would not recommend this branch no banking institution

I use this branch frequently when I'm in St. Catharines. The wait times are generally short, the staff are consistently friendly and knowledgeable and the parking is convenient.
