Situated in beautiful Kaslo, B.C. the BlueBelle Bistro & Beanery is a favorite - catering to both locals and tourists year round. We create our fresh, wholesome, homemade menu items using quality ingredients; organic and locally grown when in season, supporting our community's health and well being. We're open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialty coffees and desserts! Family friendly, fun dining! We drove up from Nelson for dinner. It was worth the drive. Great food, cool atmosphere, and great service for a place in a town with a year round population just under 1000. The live music was a pretty cool add, the whole town is very musically centered.

Great food! Terrible service.. Long wait for food and drinks went there with table of six two other tables in restraunt with two to a table 45 minute wait for food 10 for drinks..

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Fresh ingredients and tasty recipes that you won't find in any chain Mexican restaurant. Atmosphere was cozy with a lake side patio. The only down fall was the service. Our waitress was polite and as attentive as possible, however one waitress for the entire restaurant slowed things down.

Gorgeous little bistro in a really beautiful town. Quiet and chilled, good service. Great food. Wish I could have tried it all. I went for the classic burger. It was great. The stuffed croissants looked really good! And the BLT sandwich. Also very very good coffee.

My hubby and I were staying at a local B&B and our host recommended this place for dinner. I am not really sure what the deal was but we just couldn't really get any service. It was a Monday night and fairly busy. We were sat at a 2 person table right in front of the bar. However, I wasn't even sure who our waitress was because one girl sat us and gave us water; then another took our order and then a different one brought our drinks. We waited well over 45 minutes for our food but no one came to ask if we wanted another drink. I had the BLT with was good but not warm. My hubby had 2 tacos with the daily soup (yam and spinach) which were both decent but luke warm.
