Every time we're in the area we come here for breakfast. Excellent selection and the food is always top notch. It's fun to hear the local conversation as well, as this is a popular breakfast destination. Great location in town, if you want to get a little fresh air and walk down by the ship and through the park.

Fantastic food, cute mountain community atmosphere. Excellent wait staff. The world's greatest hollandaise sauce!!! Will be returning to Kaslo just for this restaurant!!!!!

Decided to hit up this spot before leaving this small town and continue our BC adventure. The menu seemed good enough for our hungry bellies. I'm strictly plant-based and suffer from a dairy allergy. I'm not a picky person, meaning I will go to any restaurant as long as they can accommodate my needs. I ordered the bean and rice dish (no dairy) and specifically told them I had an allergy. When my dish arrived it had cheese in it. Politely I told them I ordered with no dairy, she brought back the dish 3 mins later with cheese still in the dish. She then told me the cook will not take it back a third time and make me a new one...I'm sorry but isn't customer satisfaction a priority? The fact that she said no to something I was willing to pay for. Long story short she ended up bringing me the dish. Food was bland with little spices or salt. Potatoes half cooked. I'm sure if you are masking your food with dairy it would be fine. I do not recommend this place for anyone who has allergies or that is vegan. I

Food was ok, service was fairly quick. Menu uses incorrect grammar, leading to believe more included in order. Also and more importantly girlfriend ordered breakfast 7.75 and asked to add on potatoes, waitress recommended upgrading the order to a 9.75 order so the potatoes were included. Sure that sounds great, girlfriend didn't want the toast included in the upgraded order so instead of either offering it to me or reducing the price it just wasn't thought of by waitress. Not impressed at all, worked in service industry for 5 years, poor performance at this place. Will not return.

A small charming restaurant we love for their breakfasts, especially the Carnivore and the Breakfast Burrito. Can get busy quickly. Check out the local art for sale that hangs on their east wall.
