Blue Water Sushi

Excellent service, amazing food and great atmosphere for all ages!

I was in Smithers for work and this place was suggested by a local. I was not disappointed. Normally I would not eat sushi this far from the ocean. Food was good. Service was better. I recommend the tempura cali roll (I forget the actual name) and the volcano roll. They also let me put a pin on their laminated world map. :) I think I was the first. (I am originally from Australia). Owners were very pleasant as were their wait staff. Thumbs up.

Very good sushi combo for take-out at a good price too. Took no more than 10 minutes before it was ready!

Food was okay, a lot of the cuts of fish and our rolls were cut really poorly. I ordered no Tobiko on my rolls but ended up with Tobiko all throughout the rice of my ebi nigiri. The ice cream dessert was also freezer burned but the servers were great and took care of it for us. Service was great otherwise.
