We typically avoid the "brands" in favor of the independent eateries but there's not much open on Labour Day in a town with few options to start with. 

I thought the Ravioli was quite good, not outstanding, it met expectations.  My wife ordered the Fish Tacos without onions as they don't agree with her.  I'm sure our server submitted the order correctly - but they arrived with onions, buried in the bottom.

The reaction, or lack thereof sewered the experience. Given the serious consequences of food allergies if this happened in my establishment I would be on top of this -- not hiding in the back thinking that it is not a big deal.

The measure of an establishment is how they respond to a mistake -- FAIL!  Won't ever enter another Boston Pizza.

It was a quick visit for a quick group meal while traveling. The food, service and the ambiance was good!

This is your typical BP'S nothing outstanding but exactly what you might expect.   Decent food, good service, good beer, good price.
