Contruction of the Blue Hill Café, Deli and Grocery was completed in August 2006. Blue Hill Lodge followed in 2007 with the Blue Hill Wine & Spirits store opening in 2008. All are part of the Claryville Centre complex in the Town of Denning, NY and open year round to visitors and our faithful local clientele.

The Blue Hill Lodge offers modern, casual and comfortable accommodations in the quaint Catskill Mountain Hamlet of Claryville. The adjacent Blue Hill Café offers the best dining in the area. The Café is a full service restaurant where homemade specialties are prepared daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Deli and Grocery offer Boar's Head meats and cheeses, groceries, as well as supplies for camping, hunting and fishing. A wide variety of sandwiches and beverages, including 15 brands of beer, are available for take-out. Blue Hill Wines & Spirits is a fully stocked wine and liquor store including both reasonably priced and high end wines and spirits.

Located just a few miles from Frost Valley YMCA and the New Age Health Spa, Claryville Centre is within 20-30 minutes of the towns of Grahamsville, Livingston Manor, Liberty and Monticello. Blue Lodge & Café sits within the boundaries of Catskill Park, which boasts nearly 300,000 acres of state-protected Forest Preserve lands and 300 miles of marked and maintained trails.
