Website was simple to use.. Easy to find what I was looking for. Prices are quite reasonable.

They deliver my flowers on friday at 4:45 PM instead of thursday as promise. NO SAME DAY DELIVERY ! I was already gone so when I came back on monday my flowers were dead. UGLY FLOWERS ! Do not trust the 5 star reviews as they offer a 10$ coupon for leaving a positive review. They do not want to refund me worst service ever !!! Don't buy from them!

Flowers ordered for my girlfriend's birthday didn't arrive on-time (even though they made me pay extra for that!)... In fact, the flowers still haven't even arrived at all.

I would give zero star if I was able to. Don't waste your time and money, they'll show up late for sure. And you'll have to deal with them by email, cause their phone number is only for more disappointing orders
