Very disappointed! My boyfriend purchased an arrangement from Luluthia; he had them delivered on Valentine's Day at 10 am through their delivery service. He bought a bouquet of 24 roses and requested for all of them to be red but the bouquet arrived containing maybe 8 red roses 3 of which were closed, many pink roses and a few yellow/white roses. I thought "Fine the colour isn't that big of a deal they're still pretty". I took a closer look and noticed that the red roses were moldy, or messy and falling apart. The pink roses were turning brown which made the bouquet look old and sad. As previously mentioned, they were delivered at 10 am, thus, there is no reason for them to look so old and unpleasant. This is ridiculous! Additionally, the bouquet was delivered with the price written on the packaging. Again, unacceptable! If you'd like beautiful flowers, I recommend Le Bouquet in St-Laurent, it may be far but the distance is totally worth it! The flowers and bright, beautiful and well taken care of. Their arrangements are beautiful and long lasting! I would never purchase from Luluthia again!

Manny and his team are true artists and professionals! Their arrangements are absolutely stunning and I’m always blown away for what you get in comparison to other florists. Manny just delivered 6 beautiful arrangements on short notice for my in-laws 50th anniversary party and once again he outdid himself. Will definitely keep ordering from Luluthia

I decided to go with Luluthia for a recent event I had. I needed several arrangements done and I discussed what I was looking for with Nadine at Luluthia Rockland. I left some flexibility in my budget and we agreed on a style of arrangement for the budget we agreed on. On the day of my event, I was served by Anton. When I went to pick up the arrangements, they were nothing like we had discussed in terms of size and greenery chosen. Plus, I had asked and paid for extra flowers for a cake; the shop had run out of the flowers for my cake so I had to settle with whatever scraps they had that did not match my centerpieces. I expressed my disappointment with Anton who tried to call Manny a few times. Manny did not answer so I left my number and was told to expect a call from Manny soon. I never received his call. I called Luluthia back within the week, left a message with Anton and, once again, Manny did not call me back. I’m extremely disappointed and will not consider or recommend Luluthia again. I was a returning customer and I will not be returning again.

If you are looking to get a great arrangement along with excellent customer service.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! When I called to make the arrangement, the girl on the phone told me to make it online. Fine, however, I had some questions concerning the type of flowers I wanted and she couldn't have it, totally brushed me off and said do it online. Did everything online, ordered the flowers that I WANTED and done! The person receives my arrangement and I wanted to see what they looked like. WOW! There was NOTHING in there that i wanted and had paid for. Complete disappointment and honestly, embarassed of the quality. I immediately called them to express my disappointment and WHY I'm feeling this way and the girl on the phone could not be bothered. ZERO customer service, zero compassion. She denied everything and was defending herself the whole time. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or show any sincerity. She just stayed defensive and basically it is what it is. You would think that during this pandemic where we cannot go to stores and pick the flowers we want, we would get a little more effort in the service and trust we put in.. SO I strongly urge you to go get your flowers at your local florist, where they still care about their clients and will offer you the best service.

Manny is a visionary and an artist. His passion for his work is what sets him apart from all others. He’s very attentive and goes out of his way to please his clients. As a wedding photographer, I’ve seen a lot of flutist’s work through the years, but I always know when the flowers are by Luluthia, because of Manny and his team’s unique touch and style. I highly recommend Luluthia!

I bought a bouquet from them last year for the first time, beautiful. This year i bought a bouquet from them, the lady over the phone said i should get the box but it is an extra, i said ok no problem because they were so kind to deliver the flowers not knowing that their delivery ended at 1 pm and it was 12:30 pm, plus delivery, understandable, and i even gave them a $5.00 tip because i was so thankful that they would deliver it last minute and for her kindness. They wrote a card for me put it in the envelope. When the person receiving the flowers called me to thank me, i was told that the delivery guy opened the card. And then the delivery guy called me to ask me the person's name and the apartment after i went over it 3 times with the lady over the phone I was kind of taken back considering it was something personal being enclosed.. but anyways, it was nice but you kind of dont get your money's worth because the box takes up half the bouquet space.. so you kind of lose out. Anyways was kind of disappointed this time around. Not sure how i feel about the whole situation..

Best Flowers ever . Long lasting and still beautiful. I brought my flower with glass cover almost 2 years ago and they are still Beautiful as ever. Thanks

Horrible experience on mothers day. This guy is a total fraud. Literally stole our money on mothers day and presented us with garbage in a box. No apologies nothing. Plus his attitude is so unprofessionel. Please be aware.
