Fine dining. This restaurant pays great attention to details, and provides excellent food, rich with tastes, high end experience servers & decor. We noticed there are private rooms as well. Note dishes tend to be on the smaller size. Will definitely come back if I get the chance.
Blackshop is an absolute GEM! Everytime we go we get the best service from our server and the food is always on point. We are now making this place a monthly occurrence due to the food, the servers and ambiance. I would highly recommend, classy but elegant. The dessert is also top notch, and the drink menu is on point.
Amazing place. I love the ambience, our server, Stephanie, was fantastic and made us feel relaxed and welcome. And the food was fantastic! We went with the whole experience of appetizers, meal and dessert and both of us were very happy with the taste delights, quality and presentation of the food.
THE best dining experience I have had in years. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner last night and we were totally blown away. Our server was a wonderful young lady who had a little bit of an accent I want to say French but I could be wrong. She was charismatic and polite right off the hop, helping us with wine recommendations and featured items on the menu. We started with the Bacon Scallops and they were PERFECT. Moving onto the main course, my girlfriend had the lamb and I had the beef tenderloin. Both items came out in a timely manner and looked amazing. Now this is where my 5 star comes in; I cut into my steak and it was a little bit well done for my liking as I asked for it medium rare… I hate sending food back. It’s my least favourite thing to do as a server but our wonderful waitress would not let me take no for an answer. Within minutes I had a brand new plate of immaculately cooked steak and sides. I was blown away at the level of customer service. We were then treated to dessert by the restaurant for my partners birthday. 10/10 Food - 20/10 Customer service Come here if you need a refreshing dining experience. I will be recommending to my friends and family with a sterling review. Thank you Blackshop
I am rating this 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Wonderful ambience and perfect for a date night 2. Servers are nice and cheerful 3. Food tastes really good and it’s not so expensive. However, quantity may be not be as much as expected 4. Wonderful sitting arrangement that can accommodate various numbers say a party of 2 - 10 people 5. Parking available as well Overall, this is a great place for that special night. You should check it out.
My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Blackshop. The cocktails were delightful, the appetizers of tiger shrimp was flavourful and the beef tenderloin was melt in your mouth fabulous! We celebrated our anniversary and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return. Thank you!
Beautiful decoration and atmosphere and a very curated service. Excellent wine and cocktail menus. My partner ordered the pork chops which came with broccoli, mashed potatoes and other delicious sides, and I ordered the salmon which was cooked to perfection, and came with warm olives garlic rapini, quinoa, and olives.. Everything was delicious!! The price point was at $35/entree. There was a bread basket for the table. For dessert, we shared the mini dessert medley, which included tiramisu, creme brulee, and carrot cake. Everything was of excellent quality.
Very upscale place to dine in with your friends and family. I am a regular here and this place never disappoints. Service - 5/5 Menu selection- 5/5 Ambience and Overall Vibe- 5/5 Friendly service - 5/5 I normally order Mediterranean Salad and Miso salmon . Absolute killer as per my tastebuds. They have started now BSB- Blackshop Sunday Brunch. The sunday’s brunch is fully packed and they serve Mimosas and Play music. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Went for the first time for my wedding anniversary and we both enjoyed it. Loved my rack of lamb pictured Reasonably priced for a higher end establishment. Waitress was fantastic and attentive.
Master Chief prepared a delight for the eyes and mouth. Delicious food ina a wonderfully decorated inside and out restaurant.
