It is my pleasure to have business here. I got my dream bike BMW S1000RR. Even far away from BC, I made it, we made it!!! Simon is really nice a guy. Helped me a lot. My experience with Blackfoot Moto Sports started with a call to Derek in Sales. He was both inspired and knowledgeable. I told him what bikes I was interested in and he spent the better part of 45 minutes talking to me about them. I then went to the dealership and ended up buying a 2022 BMW 900 XR. While there I also spent time with their Business Manager, Sue, who was courteous, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. They took great care of me and I highly recommend this crew and dealership to anyone looking at buying themselves a bike. I have bought many bikes over the years and this place was far and away the very best.
I recently did the GS off road training with Tobias and Simon 7/25/2022. It was a great day out and I really learned a lot. The bike feels 100 lbs lighter due to improved skills and it really improved my confidence off-road. Very good service, as snacks, drinks and lunch are all provided! I have recommended the course to all my buddies who have adv bikes.
Top notch experience. Greeted at the front door. Asked by staff numerous times if we needed help finding something. Harsh in sales is as professional as they come. Tour of the shop revealed an almost fantasy like clean area. Parts team behind the counter was unreal. Picked up a new 390Adventure for my wife and wont hesitate to get my next one at Blackfoot.
Fantastic experience on Saturday at Blackfoot! Derek Chan was great to deal with! Very knowledgeable about the bikes, especially as this was my first motorcycle purchase. Thank you Derek for making it an easy decision! Everyone I dealt with on Saturday was great, Looking forward to getting my bike in spring!
Great bikes and even better service. I picked up a new KTM 890 and a KLX 300 this year and the experience was quick and easy. Ron and Harsh in sales, Dylan in service and Corey in parts got me going and have kept me going all season long. Thanks guys! Brian
My experiences with the sales guys Miles and Ron have always been great. However, my experiences with other departments is usually hit or miss. The departments other than sales usually won’t pick up the phone if I’m calling in for something. If you need help finding a size or product in apparel.... GOOD LUCK!! I try to do as much work on my own bike as possible so I don’t have to deal with their service department. I didn’t have an issue with my Ducati when I brought it for it’s first service. But when my husband did his first service for his Triumph Speed Triple, they returned the bike and it actually didn’t even start!! And no one took accountability for it.
I’ve bought two bikes from Them as well as tons of gear including helmets, gloves etc. Prices seem fairly high but then again so is demand. Very large showroom with lots of selection. Staff are nice and helpful. I’ve also brought my bike in for service and the staff there was amazing. Will return and recommend.
It was the first time I got good service at Blackfoot by multiple staff members. Previously it was pretty dismissive and at one point there was a sales manager trying to sell his personal bikes when we were there for a new bike. Solomon and Sue were incredibly outstanding, incredibly informative and over delivered on every aspect. Simon Armstrong helped with the purchase of the bike and also with the installation of some parts after sharing his experience with accessories to purchase for the bike. I'm still dealing with some tracking issues with the front wheel which is a little frustrating but nothing I don't think that can be handled. Definitely would recommend speaking with Solomon or Simon if you're looking for a European brand bike and Sue for financing as she made the process very streamlined. I'm sure the other finance managers are also friendly however I can't speak to it as I haven't had the experience to support it.
Excellent customer service! Shout out to Derek and Luigi for making my first bike purchase and pick-up experience a breeze. Both were knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Thanks for the swag! Will definitely be coming back to Blackfoot Motorsports for any future purchases!
