I have never been so impressed with a medical facility. The surgical staff and area was top notch and everything went smoothly. The care staff and facility was also great. I was never left waiting and waiting for a staff member whenever I needed assistance. They came promptly and were cheerful and respectful all the time. The ONLY complaint I have was that the recliner and easy chairs in my room were way to low to be able to get up and down in them. If the chairs were higher and not so soft they would have been more useful to me while I was there. I would recommend this facility and it's staff to anyone needing a joint replacement. Top notch all the way.
It is always great to be treated respectfully by all while having the doctor explain thoroughly what the issues were and a feeling that the visit was not a rushed one and come away knowing the treatment of the day was my choice with future options given for treatment if needed. The doctor that I went to had treated my Mother for broken bones 19 years ago. Not only was his respectful treatment the same then as now, but he also remembered my Mother's case from years ago. Pretty amazing.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the process was streamlined and efficient. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and professional. I was made to feel like I was recognized and heard. Dr Giuseffi listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He was thorough in his exam and I knew I chose the right Doc. Savanah did an amazing job, you need to give her a raise. Kirby was reassuring and helpful. Excellent care all around.
Dr. Chilvers is in a league of her own in all aspects of her care. She takes the time to answer even the craziest questions I may have and puts my concerns at the top of her list. I could not be happier! Her surgical skills are first class and the outcomes are always as perfect as they should be. Thank you so much! Bart
The staff are exemplary. The friendly smiles and the professionalism is the best I have ever seen. Having the knowledge and being able to express in clear and concise form is a gift. They answer all questions even with examples where it is applicable. You feel good knowing you are in good competent hands.
Dr.Chilvers and surgical staff are impressive. She quickly diagnosed, gave thorough detailed responses to all questions. The process from beginning to end was efficient, professional and I would recommend her/team to anyone. Beside manner, and every interaction was better than the last.foot&ankle
We seen Dr. Steven Giuseffi 7 years ago when my 3 year old daughter broke her arm. He was amazing and so is his staff! We requested him again because now my 4 year old daughter broke her arm too. He is very good at what he does, and they are super knowledgeable and very nice to work with!
Dr.Papendick is always caring and if he can't help you he will get you someone who can. He has the patients best interest always. I value his opinion. I would and do recommend him !
Dr. Mortimer is awesome! It is obvious that he has one purpose and that is solely to help his patients! He explains everything thoroughly and gives you the attention that is required. He is the best!
Environment is very inviting. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and meets all your needs. Dr. Chilvers did an excellent job and had great communication!
