I love this ATM. It's always clean and operating. Also, no fees for cashapp and venmo withdrawals. You can withdraw in increments of 5$ which is so convenient.
I was told I could get a cashier's check so I drove a 100 miles up to Sioux Falls to get it on a Saturday morning and I was told by the teller I can't get it so what a wasted trip definitely not happy especially when gas is almost $4 a gallon ridiculous
Horrible customer service. Went through atm and it gave me a 100 bill they charge a $2fee for any ATM transaction Went inside to get change because no one takes a 100 bill. They said they don't give out change because of money laundering. This was the manager talking. Obviously the manager has no idea what money laundering is when it is an excat change transaction. The world will be a better place when financial institutions like this are out of business and the managers are fired.
The staff are always will to help you. They are very nice and respectful to the customers.
The location on 41st kept me on hold for 20 minutes which took me close to closing... so of course my transaction was delayed until the next day. Things like this impact those of us that live paycheck to paycheck do better. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I have used several of the locations and every person from the entrance to the loan officers is first class and do a great job . They know my name and help me feel welcome at all times !! 5 stars in my book and the internet banking is superb and second to none .

This is a truly great place to bank and I absolutely love doing business with them. The staff is friendly, And there is no waiting and no hassles. I would highly recommend that anybody become a member and start banking here.
Not a bad bank but definitely not on a personal or face to name bank. Almost getting as bad as the big banks. Even starting to out holds on deposits like the big banks.
