They're always reliable for me. Their electronic banking is very easy, I don't know what that other review is talking about. They have a cute app the that is secure and easy to use.

We have had all good experiences with this bank.  We have been with them for many years.  I hate seeing the bad reviews because their online banking is so easy to use and the staff is so friendly.  My debit card was hacked a few years ago and they notified me right away and stopped  the card.  I was so thankful with this prompt attention to that situation.  Nothing but good things to say about this credit union.  I highly recommend it to anyone.

Banked with them from 2003 until 2013.  Now they have a new computer system and account handling policies that make it impossible to continue to do electronic banking with them.  Up until their conversion they were reasonable.  Now I am moving my money to some other bank.  I recommend you stay away if you do electronic banking.
