Have been here a handful of times and have never been disappointed. My first time I just wanted to check it out, ended up buying aged tomahawks they were FANTASTIC! The flavor was so tasty and quality of meat on point. The last time I was in I wanted to pick up something different for a family member, bought kangaroo, bison and elk steaks... they did not disappoint. Great meat, great cuts, the gentleman in there is very nice and knowledgeable always willing to answer any questions about cooking or cuts. Thank you will be back!
This place was impressive. I bought a thick ribeye and thick strip. The strip marbling was amazing. I reversed seared and then put them in lump charcoal. They were amazing steaks. Sean is a great butcher.
