Delicious, tasty and super tender even if it was well dried ! Multiple choices of spices spicy-hit, curry or standard BKH beef or pork ! Rare place with pork jerky I ever went. It’s been a while since I wanted to get there : Done ! We even tasted the ribs on-site : amazingly savoury and balanced spices. The family of owner/operating is very professional and welcoming.
Delicious Jerky. All the positive reviews are correct. You can't stop eating these Jerky as they are tasty. We had ordered the regular beef, Pork, amd Curry. Also tried the beef bits. My mom & I couldn't stop eating. The Jerky is salty, sweet, and a bit of smoke.
Amazing jerky be it beef or pork. They also sell chili oils with crispy garlic in various levels of heat from medium, hot to fire. Worth the trip to Vancouver for both jerky and chili oils.
Bak Kwa is super tasty. They were very kind to let us sample the Beef/Pork Spicy/Regular combinations. We liked the beef and spicy pork. We got the 1/2 lbs $16 which is about 3 squares the size of your hand. They vacuum seal it for you so you can take it easily on domestic flights.
Love their beef and pork jerky products as well as their pork floss. Now you can get the Haut chili oil with the crispy garlic flakes there. All products are so yummy and good.
Literally the best jerky I’ve had and I’ve tried a ton. Super tender with a distinct “grilled” taste to it, all three flavours are fantastic depending on what you’re in the mood for. I can’t recommend BKH enough!
The best jerky you can find in Canada. The jerky is flavorful and juicy. You cannot keep the jerky for long due to the lack of all those preservatives found in other jerky. Every time I'm in town I order it's 6 pounds of addictive spicy pork jerky. It helps feed family and friends.

I am in love with your spicy pork jerky. The texture is fantastic. It’s perfectly sweet and spicy, with an amazing subtle char flavor. I will be back often. Highly recommended.
