Welcome to Pasture to Plate! All our meats are certified organic (PACS), certified biodynamic (Demeter), non-medicated and pasture raised. We specialize in grass-fed and -finished beef; we also sell pork, lamb and poultry. All our animals are raised outdoors at Rafter 25 Ranch in beautiful Redstone, BC.
Our animals are treated humanely and harvested in small groups at our own abattoir. We know these animals from the time they are conceived to the time they are harvested -- a much more traditional and sustainable attitude than large-scale factory farming.
Because we are a fully integrated system, we stock many harder to come by products, including a range of variety meats. We also sell bones, bone broth and rendered fat.
