Krystal rocks! After spending way too much time and money on my hair (cuts + color) at fancy salons over the years, I switched to Krystal after seeing her skills on my husband’s and son’s hair. She’s SUPER talented; color, short cuts, kids cuts, long cuts... and that’s coming from a verry particular customer ;) She respectfully listens to the client while offering her creative and wise recommendations. Highly recommend. My whole family will be seeing her for years to come!

Incredibly disrespectful staff. I have been going here for years. Today I was twice sent home even after signing up online for an appointment, only to be told twice that the stylist I signed up for would be unavailable. I was offered no apologies or any customer service whatsoever. The second time I was sent home in one day after setting an appointment both times, I expressed my displeasure to the staff person that twice in one day I had set an appointment and both times arrived only to be turned away. The receptionist person (she has braces, long blonde hair, around 18-20 years old) proceeds to roll her eyes, gives me a condescending look, and had a whatever, I could care less attitude. Unbelievable. I have been going here for years, tipped well, and had no issues with any staff member until this incredibly rude receptionist. I won't be going here anymore. And neither should you unless you want to sign up for appointments that are canceled, be sent away, and only be treated rudely as a "customer service" response. Ridiculous.

What a place to get your hair done! They stylists give you exactly what you ask for, all cuts and colors and everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Love the atmosphere and the staff and the free beer. My cut wasn't quite right but it was still a great experience.

So here I sit, an hour after arrival, despite having sent an appt using their online check-in. Noone smiles, gives eye contact, all the while I've counted three stylists all disappearing into the back principal's office, one for 45+ minutes. Won't return to this location.
