I had a awful experience. The lady who first attempted to wax my eyebrows clearly had no idea what she was doing. I ended up with wax in my hair on both sides. One of my eyebrows are not shaped as the other one. They try to comb the wax out of my hair which ended up hurting and still not getting it out. She was plucking before she even waxed. She ended up getting someone else to do it who was busy doing nails at the time. I will never go back, nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Very disappointed.

Kathy does great haircuts and extremely affordable!!! I highly recommend her. I have got pedicures by the other girls and they are great too!

Misty, originally didn't state it would have to be a 10 dollar charge on the card and it was listed no were. She then proceeded to tell me it was just going to be her tip since I only had $5 cash. After handing her my card she kept on swiping it several times. Then said the machine is broken. She told me I needed to run over to target to be able to pay. When asked to speak to a manger she said she was gone. Poorly run and never coming back.

I have been going to see Kathy for the last 5 years for eyebrow shaping/waxing- I even drive an hour to see her since we've moved...she is better than anywhere I've ever gone and is super fast! Usually about 5 min. She's got skills!!

Love it there! They always do an amazing job with my pink and white and are super friendly!
