Fantastic hotel. One of the best in Toronto without a doubt. The service here from the front desk and room service is perfect. They really show that they care about your stay and put effort into ensuring that you are happy. The rooftop restaurant has some of the best views of the city and the lake. We will go back for sure.

staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a world class experience as a first time visitor. Would highly recommend Bisha Toronto to anyone looking for a getaway in the city. Thank you Aaron, Andrea, and the entire staff for the dedication to their craft as I will certainly be returning in the near future.

Amazing hospitality, large rooms with beautiful views, super clean, exceptional customer service, kishor at the front desk definitely made me feel so welcomed it was like a mini home vacation away from home.
