Biryani King

If I could give this place less of a star I would, I bought three containers of rice today and it wasn't long until I found a roach! What was more shocking was googling this location and seeing a roach comment that was posted by someone else! UGH I'm so disgusted! and ashamed this place is not Halal.

Worst biryani I’ve tasted. Totally lacking in flavour not to mention I only received one and a half pieces of flavourless chicken. Only ate half - not sure I want to eat the other half. To top it off the green mint yogurt was horribly watered down with bits of food in there. Didn’t even try the yogurt - threw it out. I’ve never had watered down yogurt before and I’ve had biryani at countless places. YUCK!

I've had the Chicken biriyani from this place on an ongoing basis. I get it every Friday at lunch time. I feel it is as good as any biriyani I have bought here in the west end of Toronto. My other favourite used to be Chicken Cabana closed for many years now. I can't say much about the service since I pick up and go, but everyone I buy this stuff for loves it!!! I only wish they would put a bit more of that chutney like spice you encounter in the rice when eating. Good for me!!!

I never liked biryani before and my friends said they want it and it's really good I'm like ok fine I'll try it,...... I TRIED the biryani from them.....wow omg i love it its so tasty,nice aroma smell ,perfectly cooked and quantity is perfect for 2 ppl .. I didnt go to get it so I d k about the service but food delicious.....ADDED TO REVIEW!! ordered few more times from here....customer service rude,bad English!! I ordered something and they said ok no problem then when to go ger it they say they don't have it!! Its just been 15min since i ordered it... really bad service and info! You come to Canada learn English...

Terrible experience beginning with the young woman at the front desk. She needs a serious attitude check. Fast forward to the food finally coming out, I drive home and when my boyfriend opens up the container and takes a bite he realizes the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW. I will be attaching photos. To top off this god awful experience, when I drove all the way back the woman shrugged and threw the uncooked chicken in the garbage. No refund was even offered, and when requested she rolled her eyes and returned the $9 for that specific dish on our bill. There was no one in higher management available for me to speak to so it was like talking to a wall. Would not recommend this salmonella chicken to anyone and I am considering contacting the health board.

I ordered from this restaurant few months back.One of the worst restaurants I have ever went to. The food was not good at all. It did not taste fresh. we ordered two biryani chicken and there were microwaved for sure, rice was like rubber. I will never go back again mostly because the horrible service. I do not understand how you open a resturant and you have a bad customer service. They were not friendly at all and they never smile in your face.

I recently ordered chicken biryani from this place which came out cold enough to make you wonder how long it has been sitting out. Biryani was strictly mediocre nothing to rave about nevertheless the portion size is pretty standard for the price.

Doesn't deserve business. Never mind the dry old 'instant' biryani served without utensils, & flimsy container which owner balked at taping for me, he disparaged my $100 bill, scoffing "Looking for change are you?" Eew. One of the curries I tried in past was good; however given their gross attitude, they are obviously capable of serving up food that fell on the floor...no education! Try classier and great value SWEET MAHAL next door, and put 'backyardigans' like these out of business.

Horrible place. Ordered chicken biryani, got charged for boneless chicken and got 2 small pieces of bone in chicken instead. Secondly. Place stinks. They will take 15 mins before they get you your order, but when I got home chicken seemed stale and most of it was plain rice.

This place is disgusting. I ordered boneless chicken biryani , which had some stale rice and half cooked chicken and the green chatni was stinking. I had to garbage all of that.I also bought some mild malai chicken booti from them which tasted horrendous and I end up wasting my $17 roughly at this place. Please please, do not waste your time and money there.
