My husband and I would like to give a huge shout out to Birchwood Ford. The staff was fantastic. Our salesman George was so awesome and very patient with us from start to finish. RJ and Tyrone were awesome to deal with and of course Daria that girl knows her stuff. All around excellent experience.

Nothing but a positive experience at Birchwood Ford Service. They always fit me in for service, and take care of recall stuff at same time, in a timely fashion.   Staff are welcoming and willing to help.

Quick and easy appointment setup. I took my 2007 edge in for a recall and the service took most of the day, which is understandable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
