He was very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, will offer you a lot of options and most of all he is not aggressive/pushy agent as we encounter most of the time, and that is what matters to us most. We can get hold of him anytime if we have questions, and he got answers. We chose Murray Pembina not because of their great deal but because my wife and I wanted to close the deal with Gabe. Just wanted to share my excellent customer experience dealing with TIM and RONNY from the MURRAY JEEP RAM DODGE Collision Centre at 300 Pemibina Hwy. Our 2017 Grand Caravan Crew had recently been the victim of a parking lot hit 'n run, significantly damaging the rear passengers side panel and rear bumper. Due to previous work that Tim and Ronny had done for us, it was a no brainer to call up Tim after the MPI assessment and get him to schedule us in for the collision repairs. Tim and Ronny and their team of collision vehicle repairs specialists are such professionals and always have shown us, through their words, action, and results, that they really do care about their customer's vehicle health, vitality, and longevity. They never forget to address you by first name, no matter the length of time in between visits, have everything booked and ready for replacement vehicles, etc, and their commitment to customer service is second to none in the city. Not an exaggeration but definitely a 10 out of 10 across all Customer Service satisfaction metrics. Due to this level of professionalism and attention their customers needs and wants, they are the first Collision shop I recommend to friends and family. Van looked like brand new again after they were finished with it. They even were mindful of the van's warranty and notice some other issues and had them resolved, as well. I was looking, but wasn't looking until I ran into Brynne. She was top notch from start to finish both with personality and knowledge. She was very thorough and caring in her approach and knew exactly what questions to ask me. She was very considerate of my budget and did not attempt to over sell or pressure me into something I didn't want. If I didn't like the vehicle she showed me, based on my needs, she had a backup plan and immediately had another option. When we found the one I wanted, the management team worked with me to make sure I felt valued and like a family member. Liam in finance was very professional and worked hard to get me the best rate he could and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations including Brynne delivering my vehicle to my house so I wouldn't have to come in rush hour to pick it up! We just bought our first Jeep Cherokee from Murray Jeep Ram in Winnipeg and it was a pleasure to deal with the whole team here. There I was walking into the Ram dealership excited to check out some trucks. Thomas was the first to greet me and welcome to the dealership and he started off with just sparking up a conversation but could tell I didn't want small talk so jumped into it asking what I was looking for. He asked me a few open ended questions then started to narrow it down more and more with each response. I believe it was 15-20 mins we narrowed it down to 2 different options. We walked over to the lot where the vehicle was stored and jumped in to check it out. Thomas reviewed all the options in a personalized manner based on the responses I had given him to the questions asked prior. He put a lot of care into the conversation and his recommendation. I checked out the second vehicle but it was not the direction I wanted to go after seeing the first. I really wanted my girlfriend to see the truck before anything so he handed me the keys and said take it home to show it to her and bring it back later with your decision. Very relaxed environment which I appreciated and not quite use to from prior experiences. Came back with the truck and signed the deal with Marcos and the journey was half over. When I went to pick the truck up a few days later Thomas had everything ready so the process was easy as possible. While I got the vehicle insured he filled the tank. I love the truck more because of the purchasing experience I encountered. I even contacted Thomas a few days later and he was more then helpful in recommendations on add-ons. They are really good to us. For minor tire pressure they just help for free. Can rely on them to keep our car in great shape. Not the best price on new vehicles but a nice experience. Eastern has better deals but not worth the experience

Shopping here was an excellent experience. In a crazy last minute decision my wife and I decided to buy a truck in the middle of a truck shortage. I went to and called every brand and dealer over a week and experienced them all. Many places don't have the vehicles they show you online. Many places don't really care, you are just another sale to them. Well Murray Jeep Ram excelled in both departments! My sales rep Thomas Biron was excellent. From my first phone call in which he physically verified the truck I wanted was in his lot to me driving off, he listened to what I wanted and delivered several excellent choices. I would highly recommend Thomas if you are looking for a car or truck. He made the whole experience an actual joy throughout. My partner and I have been meaning to buy a new car after having our daughter. Something with lots of trunk space and new features as we spend a lot of our time driving.
