Shoutout to Binh's nails for always delivering a killer set of gels! It's been a while since I've been back due to the pandemic, but I was happy to find nothing has changed when it comes to the quality of their work. No matter what complicated reference photo I bring in, the end result is always impressive. I highly recommend this place!

First time ever coming here and I would never return. I was in and out in less than an hour for a regular pedicure & manicure. Absolutely ridiculous, each worker was rushing & you could easily tell. The lady doing my nails even cut my finger. Having 2 services completed in less than an hour plus having my finger cut by the technician & still haing to pay full price. Annoyed. I use to love this place. I was so sad when the guy left back to Cali. He was so good n kind and he always made you feel welcomed. The last few times I’ve gone. I’ve been burnt, cut and overcharged. I figured I try one last time. I booked an appointment and everything. Told on the phone it wasn’t a problem at all. I get there and to be told they couldn’t take me and I would have to go back a different day. This isn’t the first time my appointment gets pushed. Why book appointments if your just gonna let the walk ins trump your appointment time. So rude and unwilling to help or accommodate the customers. They’ll still charge you full price after they cut n burn you and blame a crooked nail on the finger when that’s never been a issue before. This really makes me sad to write this. But I’ve had enough of the terrible customer service. The blatant disregard for our safety and cleanliness. They never use new or disinfected tools for each customer either. I am more than willing to drive to Edmonton for a service I pay for from now on.Service: Acrylic nails

Binh's nails spruce grove always does a phenomenal job on my nails! Either pedicures or a full set for my hands. I have never had any issues. It lasts sooo long and the shape.is like I've never seen before. I brought my 4.5 year old daughter here for a pedi too and she loved it! Everyone was so sweet with her and overall the customer service is awesome. I love how friendly everyone is! I have been here about 4 times now and will continue to come here even if I have to drive a bit more. They're worth it. Im happy to say I've found my keeper nail salon !!! Thanks so much Binhs Nails. You are all amazing and I can't wait to continue to support you after the covid closure and get some more cute nails done. You always make all my designs and ideas come to life!!

Daughter went in to have her acrylic nails removed, they literally peeled them off. Her nails were left so thin and damaged. They didn’t file them or treat them at all. She left the shop in tears and in pain. In all my years of acrylic nails, I’ve only ever seen shops file them off, peeling them off like this was terrible.

The coloured acrylic powder must be cheaper than the clear powder they usually use, I already had one fixed and now I’m dealing with these! Never had breakage like this. Binhs used to be my favourite place but needless to say I’ll be going back to natural nails for a while The one that is cracked but still hanging on? Yeah, hanging on solely by skin
