The services and atmosphere here were absolutely amazing. My sister and I had a duet facial and pedicures and she also had a massage and body wrap. Everything exceeded our expectations. EXCEPT. Dealing with the booking process and front desk was quite frustrating. First of all, about a month before our appointment we called to change the booking I wouldn't be joining for the massage and body wrap during the process of making this change my sister was put in hold for 20 minutes while she made the changes. On the day of our appointment, when checking in they still had us both scheduled for all services. There was a lot of confusion around this but they did end up going back through the calls to confirm the changes were made and so no cancellation fee would be charged. Then the most frustrating part was at the end of our day. After our amazing services we were so pleased with the experience but trying to pay the girl at the front desk was confused by something when trying to input the charges and we waited 25 minutes standing at the door just waiting to pay and go home. I expect that she was new and having a hard time but instead of going to ask for help, she got progressively more anxious and instead of asking for help just continue to struggle until the manager came to ask why we were still waiting there. I know that send like a long rant for 4/5 but the experience was overall amazing but I think the If I were to recommend this place to a friend it would come with a HUGE warning to be prepared to be very patient dealing with front desk interaction.

This review is not based on any service I have had however it is based on the way I was treated when at the shop to pick up a gift card. To me the service that you receive and a businesses ability to treat people with kindness and respect is the most important. I purchased a discounted gift card as a gift and chose the option to pick up in person and when I went to pick it up she told me she couldn’t give me a physical copy since the service was already discounted so much. I asked if I could please pay an extra $5, $10, $15 whatever it May cost for them to give me a physical gift card as I wanted something nice to give to my mom for her birthday. I am very disappointed with the way this lady spoke to me and she refused to offer me the option to purchase a physical copy of the gift card. Later I called to speak to a manager only to find out that this lady was the manager. This was very discouraging as after purchasing online I would not recommend anyone to visit this location, based on the principle that you treat other people with kindness and respect. The tone in your voice and how you speak to people is important especially for management. I have had good pedicures at this location before so please take into consideration my review is only based on the level of customer service I received today.

I booked my four year old daughter and I in for a pedicure. The manager wouldn’t let her get her nails done because she was only 4 5 in a couple months. It’s a “strict policy” because they “don’t enjoy doing little girls nails”, and they “don’t sit still”. It “said 5 on the website” but it’s listed under one of the packages, so it does not list it properly. I will not be going back.

Lovely place to get spoiled. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is awesome & well informed. Definitely a do over.. And over... And over!

First time here for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! I believe I saw Mariah. I left feeling like a new women : will be back for sure.

This is one of my favourite places. I’ve had massages and pedi’s done. I will continue to return and also refer friends. Myself and my friends have had nothing but amazing experiences. The environment is very calming and cozy. The staff are absolutely professional and kind. I absolutely love and recommend Shyanne for deep deep tissue massageI have yet to try the other forms of massage . I’m very picky, so proves she is absolutely amazing thank you to both locations and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have had a lot of massages at different stages of life, pregnant or not. Jolene’s technique was truly amazing and I left feeling relaxed and so much more comfortable. I’ll be recommending her to many! She was also so professional and I felt taken of from start to finish! Thank you sooooo much!

Our group travelled from 2 different long distance locations. The booking staff was so patient and accommodating. The location was perfectly in the middle for both of us. They were training a new staff person but overall the experience was fantastic. All were pampered with a non-alcoholic beverage of our choice, 2 received the sweet deal, 3 had facials, 2 pedicures, & 1 manicure. Staff were so pleasant & accommodating. Jenn was amazing, Chantel did a great job, & Pola did a wonderful manicure. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Alysa for years for all my waxing needs! she’s so incredible at what she does , and has made me feel so comfortable from the start! I’ve also had a massage and pedi at spaology and cannot say enough good things about the staff there ! definitely a great place to go for all your self care needs !

Probably the best massage I've ever had. I believe her name was Breanna. The whole experience was just great. I love the little store front and decor. 100% would recommend!
