BIGGBY COFFEE

Overall satisfied with Biggby coffee. My go to drink is an iced mocha mocha, and I get it warm on occasion. Every once in a while if I get it warmed it tastes watered down. Never had a problem with customer service and staff is always friendly and nice. It's a great place to do some work on a laptop or to stop in for a cup of coffee and a snack.

I work near this location, every single time they get my order wrong. When trying to call to ask for my correct order they don't answer. Called the location on Apple to ask what to do...they took my name and number and I have yet to hear back (waited 2 wks). Normally wouldn't complain but as a manager myself this is not how to give good service.

Keep the employees from blabbering with each other while they're waiting on customers! SHUT THEM UP unless it's to assist getting an order. I'm sick of it with these younger people and it's a rampant problem EVERYWHERE, not just here. I just made a simple request that she obviously didn't hear and I reminded her she didn't hear it because she was TALKING...but NOT to me. Furthermore, it's the epitome of F'ing rudeness. They can have their own coffee klatsch when they're off the clock. Somebody has to teach them. I'll help. I've decided I'm going to take something from their annoying tip jar each time it happens.

Very accommodating. i like to try things from the online menu and they never seem to mind
