Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

I am dining with a party of three. We did not receive or drinks until after 15-20 minutes after sitting. The waiter came back and said there was something wrong with the blender. Waited another 10-15 minutes to receive our two appetizers. Finally received or 3 entrees after sitting in this establishment for 50 minutes. I try my best to be understanding but there is no way a couple should have came in (10 minutes behind my party) and received their drinks and appetizers before we even received drinks. Good food. Horrible service. 😒😒

My waitress Tiff was awesome. Went to have a special time with my daughter. Thanks for great service and food and drinks.

Just returned from a fundraiser breakfast cosponsored by The Muskegon Northside Lion's Club and Applebee's. Manager, Eric and his staff were outstanding. The food and service cound'nt have been better! Hats off to the Lions and Applebee's Restaurant! PJH

This Applebee's is consistently good for a lunch or dinner. The menu items are all excellent. They would get 5 stars but they are a bit pricey.

Apparently you may only have a hamburger well done here. They ask you however they prepare it the way they want you to have it,not your way.
