I tried so many bubble tea before, this is the best one, especially the fresh fruit smoothie, definitely will come again. Service is also great, I have never tip in bubble tea shop before, this is my first time.

The boba tastes like chemicals, like you're chewing rubber. They put mostly ice, and it's not fresh like they advertise.

Do not order from here. Their drinks are powder and not fresh or frozens fruit. The pricing are overprice and the sizes are small. Absolute waste of money. Never coming here every again. Go to pearl castle instead. Aboslite worst service too and the worst drink I ever tasted.

I have been coming to Big Orange Richmond since the 90s. The same good quality beverages!

Waste of time lining up and money drinks suck. They also do not fill the drink to the top of the cup. Spend your money elsewhere. Fairbee at the food court is better.
