Big Medicine Hot Springs

Very remote but quiet place. Honor system with $5/per person, and open until sunset. The mineral-rich water smells like raw eggs, so be prepared to wash swimsuits later on! The little town of Hot Springs is a quick little stop on your way out of town, too.

What a relaxing place! Loved it! Felt healed in many ways and would love to stay for a week n enjoy these waters.

It is a nice place to visit, and I met some Russians there. Friendly locals and soothing soaking.

2nd best water in the world here!!! $5 for a soak is a steal. Pretty chill spot, locals were warmly welcoming and fed me pears.

Tranquility and healing. $5 a day. Camping RV parking but no clean nonmineral water on the location. Kind people and energy. Totally worth any trip for these waters. Local native owned.

Really enjoyed the healing water & talking with the locals at this hot springs. Nothing fancy but soaking here did feel very healing and medicinal. Has a changing room with toilet no running water, need to flush with bucket of water from hot spring Started to get crowded around 10:30, but we were leaving anyway around this time. Lovely setting, with a partially shaded pool; bring cash for the $5 soaking charge. The hot mud springs are no longer easily? accessible.

Nice quiet, affordable place for soaking in minerals. Has covered picnic table close to the pool. A neat changing booth with toilet is greatly appreciated. It's all simple yet enjoyable.

We were told big medicine has the second highest mineral content in the world.. rustic all natural NO chemicals.. they don't provide music food fancy lights or drinks just beautiful relaxing silence with a magnificent view.. we will return as often as possible with our own flashlights food and drinking water we love this place!!!
