Big Boy

Food came out of kitchen really slow. We're used to the Big Boy in Port Huron, they're rocket speed. My husband's meal came a good 15 minutes after mine and our daughters. We were taking our last bites before he even got his food. That was awkward. It would have been nice if the waitress had brought him something off the salad bar, like a little plate of fruit to eat while he waited. There was definitely a mix-up in the kitchen that wasn't even acknowledge. Disappointing really.

Each week a group of us get together n go out to lunch, at a different restaurant. I was very excited to hear that we were going to eat at Big Boy, as I have never been before bc I recently relocated from a diff state. Our service was ok. Out of the 9 of us 4 of our meals were cold. Mine was a Slim Jim that was ice cold. As the restaurant became more lively we hardly ever seen our waitress again!! (She was the manager) We told her about our cold food, all she did was offer to place it in the microwave for each of us. Ummm really?? I will never go back here, very disappointed!!!!

Service is pretty bad, and food is usually good, but very inconsistent. Buffet is super tiny, and almost never worth it.

More delicious than you would expect from a small town chain! Would definitely recommend.

Totally disappointed service was good. food not like it used to be. Classic big boy too thin no tomatoes just lettuce cheese diced onion piece. No soup at salad bar so was discounted 2.99 from bill. Salad ingredients totally not to my liking. Will be quite a while before or if I come back. Sorry.
