If you aren't wealthy, I strongly recommend that you do not use this credit union. They impose a 10 business day waiting period on paper checks before you can access that money. In the past I've had tellers work around this. Today the so-called "head teller" refused to make an accomadation for me as other employees have, despite the fact that I have bills to pay and an empty fridge NOW. I guess "following the [asinine] rules" is more important than making sure your customers have food and utilities next month. I will be changing banks as soon as possible.

Can't tell you how great it is to have a bank as great as this one... I've been a member for as far back as I can remember. I've always gotten fantastic service, great loans, and friendly employees to help me over the years! 

Special shout out to Leslie for working after closing hours to finalize the paperwork / signing for a new auto loan!!! Can't thank her enough!
