Why on earth would you change the app to transfer funds to another towpath member? It use to be so easy and convenient. Now we need to know the other members’s account number in order to transfer funds? Prior to this update, all we needed was the other member’s name and phone number. Make it make sense.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brooklyn Sanford for a loan and credit card balance transfer cutting my interest in half plus 0% interest for a year!. The whole application process was seamless and effortless! I only had to provide the usual ID, proof of income, etc. and she did the rest! I received a swift reply when I had a question and now I’m financially reorganized thanks to Brooklyn’s EXCELLENT customer service. Seriously, I feel like my Towpath connection is family and I’m comfortable at “home”. Thanks Brooklyn! I Towpath Credit Union!

Sara really helped me out today with a 2500 dollar loan and I need it dispersed several different ways and she was able to work hard amd get that taken care of for me. I've been at this bank for a long time and if you need a loan just ask for Sara. She's super nice and super helpful!
