This cute little Chinatown burger shop is very accessible, easy to drop by and get the cheeseburger and some dirty fries. We liked the burger for the buns, but for my taste it was too salty and oily. Some might love it for the greasiness. The fries was very delicious. The pickles? on the fries was my favorite flavor. Because of the layout and the size of the store, the air might be too smokey; it will be good to add some ventilation for the space.

This is HANDS DOWN the best *SMASHED PATTY* burger joint in Vancouver. The last few years have seen the rise of numerous burger styles across the globe. Of these burger styles, the smash patty has been dominant in fast food and indie joints. Between 2 buns has perfected the smash patty... they prepare the meat into a ball, add some chopped onions, season the patty and then flatten it with a large press. They key is to get the patty thin enough on the edges to get that signature crust or crispiness. This is the only place I have been to in Vancouver that can CONSISTENTLY achieve this. Prices are fair, the fries especially the cheese fries are heavenly, and I quite enjoy that it is a no mods menu. They keep the burger simple, with just lettuce, cheese, pickles, and burger sauce as the toppings. Whenever I'm craving a smash patty burger, this is where I come. I always like to try and post something that can be improved upon in these reviews as well. The only criticism I have is that if you dine in, you will end up smelling like a burger grill... the ventilation inside is not the best and this will definitely be a negative for a lot of people. Personally, I enjoy it - it adds more character to the whole experience of going there and eating a great burger.

The perfect messy smash burger combined with some nicely seasoned fries, local beer, friendly staff and a fun interior! What’s not to love !? Also big respect to the “no mods” rules. Great ingredient & good flavours. Just trust the process. Notes: can mod for allergies & veggie options available

Located in the heart of china town offers unique style of burgers! The burger was very delicious and juicy. The fries were very tasty too. The only negative point about between two buns is the ventilation, when we entered the entire environment was kind of foggy! and we could smell burnt grease.

It's true, this is the best burger place in the lower mainland. It's simply amazing and I keep coming back with friends and family and they all agree. The only thing that would make me give this place 5 stars is either a lower price point or bigger servings. make the burger wider, serve up more fries. if not that then knock a couple bucks off the price. the double cheese is tasty as hell but it doesn't fill up. you need 2 of them to feel satisfied. Don't get me wrong, I'm in love with this place. I just tend to include constructive criticism in every review I make and try to suggest what would make it a 5 star experience in every aspect.

OVER RATED, been there 2 times they got a good simple menu and a good smash burger, and staff is sweet & friendly. why 2 stars? the extra greasiness ruins the flavor of the burger, it has too much salt , and the air quality of the restaurant is so bad you want leave, you and your clothes will smell like burnt oil until you change and shower. I understand they want to be affordable and have a low up from investment in their business, however, the air quality is so bad I am not recommending people to dine in until they have better ventilation.

A delicious smashed burger! I would recommend takeout since the ventilation isn’t the greatest inside. My eyes were watering from the smoke and from how delicious my burger was. The fries were alright. I would probably just get the burger next time I visit. The booth seating is cute!

This is definitely my favourite burger spot I’ve ever been to. A combination of the food, the music, the staff, and the overall atmosphere, it just doesn’t get any better for me. When you want a simple yet perfectly executed smash burger, this is the place to come to. This is the place I compare all other burgers too. Killer burgers and fries! The fries are so perfectly crunchy. We ordered plain fries and dirty fries to share. The burger sauce on the dirty fries were ridiculously good. The jalapeño cheddar burger had just the right amount of spice.

A modern burger joint in Chinatown, very cute decor. They've won Best Burger for Vancouver Magazine and I can understand why. The patties are squeezed down to have a crispy bite, very different from traditional 'juicy' burgers. Very tasty. I just wish the portions were slightly bigger. Since the patties are very flat and spread out, even a triple burger in photo felt like it had less meat. Still, very tasty. I also love how they serve local beers.
