Great location near to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Room had two large beds, more than enough room for family. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Great on site cafe for coffee  there is a restaurant for breakfast, but this is shut in the evening due to staff shortages. Would definitely return.

Had a nice experience at this hotel. They allowed an earlier check in and later check out. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. The window had a nice view, and I enjoyed that there was a fridge in my room. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish they had breakfast included. I would stay here again.

My stay was no so pleasant. I stayed for 4 nights. The Fridge in the room would start making loud noises in the middle of the night. After the second night I disconnected it from the power outlet. Even so sleeping was no easy because of another not very loud but continuous zoom. The room was very outdated. For the price I expected a bit more.  Positive things: Staff was friendly and location was fine as it was close to a Summit I was attending. Its also close to the metro station and to the mountains for a nice morning walk

Stayed here last night with my dad and stepmom. Wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t great either which sucks as I’ve stayed in the Best Western Plus hotel in Saint John NB and that is one of the best and nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and for that reason alone, I was happy to hear we we’re staying here during our stay in Montreal but I was disappointed when we arrived. Not a fan of the location of the hotel, no pool or hot tub, elevators are very small which made it hard for us to get our stuff up to our room and back down to the car and room isn’t the nicest. It wasn’t my first time in Montreal and I’ve stayed in other hotels there that I found we’re a lot nicer and in a better location. If you’re staying in Montreal, I’d recommend booking a different hotel. There’s better places in Montreal to stay and nicer hotels.

A beautiful suite with a very interesting view. If it is one place in Montreal I love to be it is right in the heart of downtown and this hotel has it all, INCLUDING rooms that fit your budget. I paid only $185 CAD per night and you get all of that Montreal experience around its vicinity. The room is splendid too. I will keep coming here.

Second time staying at the hotel and I’ll be back again soon. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful on both visits. The rooms are clean and mostly modern. The bathrooms seemed to be a few years out of date, but the sink, mirror and shower worked 100%. Accomplished their goals. Centrally located. 13 minute walk to Bell Centre. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.  The location of the hotel is very convenient for the core area of Montreal downtown, it's close to McGill as well. Price is reasonable for the location. There is a very nice cozy café adjacent to the hotel, it opens 7 AM, very nice to have delicious breakfast for those who start the day early. Rooms are clean, all amenities in good shape, windows are well sound proofed so it's quiet at night.

The front desk talked us into getting the executive suite saying it has a "jacuzzi" and was very nice. We paid over $400 for it and it was beyond a waste of money. The room was large but empty and pretty much unfurnished, the carpets were stained, 2 lights didn't work and the jacuzzi was just a bath tub. When I asked to switch rooms I was told it was the only available room. I emailed twice requesting a credit or partial refund and have been ignored which is a shame because Best Western is usually our go to when staying in Montreal.

Booked this hotel through Priceline, by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the air conditioning wasn’t giving any cooling when I checked it, I called the reception to complain & had to leave for the day. On coming back they said it was working fine, which wasn’t true, I called to comparing again but no luck, the maintenance came & checked assuring it will work now, still no air. With literally 24 degrees outside and no air circulation, we couldn’t even sleep for 5 mins straight. Really disappointed with this service. They don’t have drinking water as well!! The bathtub had hair all over so did the bedding, & all the towels and linen such a bad odour. Never coming back
