Best Western Trailside Inn

Wow. First of all, this place charges about twice what it's worth. For a motel room two beds, we paid $145, for what easily should have been an $80/night room, tops. We tried to extend our check-out time by an hour, and the lady at the front desk seemed shocked I would even ask, and promptly said no. I've literally never had anyone say no to that in all my years of traveling, and I almost always ask. To top it off, the whole outside was hideously under construction, the phone didn't work, and the toilet struggled the whole time. I'm not surprised this was the only place left last night, you simply do not get what you pay for. If you have the ability to stay at one of the many other options in town, I highly recommend it!

Our original reservation was not there...booked early for a wedding. When called a couple days ahead of arrival staff dis a great job of reserve again. They sold out by our arrival. And the hotel was under construction all temporary no breakfast. And was told check in at 3pm and they were running behind because house keeping staff was short. We had to be at the wedding 4pm and it was super hot and we needed to get ready from being on the road. Not usual for Best Western we will continue to use their hotel. Nice time will be better.

Lobby is under reservation--they're trying to make up for the lack of continental breakfast by giving you a lunch bag with snack items. Feeble effort if you ask me. Decor is dated, but the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was under exterior construction repairs. Pool was closed and access was from the side street. Very Noisy rooms, stay on the upper level. The TV was not operating correctly and I fixed it myself. My room was overlooked for cleaning on the second day.

Clean and well kept property. The guest rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is easy to find and access. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was well stocked the the attendant was very friendly and kept the area very tidy. I would definitely stay here again for future stays.
