Maybe it’s because I’m from California but I have never experienced hospitality like I experienced here. Every single staff person we encountered we so nice and so helpful. I honestly am shocked at how nice they were. The room was clean but the walls thinbring ear plugs. That is the only down side. Breakfast had way more options than most. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was clean but the room and location left a lot to be desired. The room layout was strange where the TV was located on the side wall making it awkward to watch. The worst physical issues were with the bathroom. The faucet was too small for the sink which caused the water stream to be only a half inch from the side if the sink. Forget about putting your hands or toothbrush under the faucet without contacting the wall of the sink. If you needed to use the commode, the toilet paper holder was a good 2 1/2 feet away! Better hope you have long arms. They did have a decent breakfast arrangement situated next to a grave yard kept the noise level down but also put the location away from any store or general shopping except for a Sheetz station. It is located a short distance off 99 so there is easy access. The only general seating is in the breakfast area consisting of just tables and chairs so no comfortable seating for socializing.
I booked for 10 days really everything was fantastic stuff location, Room, cleaning, swim pool, housekeeping and breakfast. The best thing I liked at this hotel was the stuff. All of them are amazing, helpful, friendly, and always smile. They want to help you as you are at your home. All the best, thanks so much, Crystal and Ameinah. I can't thank you enough.
We were here for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. This hotel should be a role model for all others regardless their star ranking. Hospitality, amenities, location, all around management are perfect! We enjoyed our stay here just because of this hotel, definitely would like to come back and stay here for vacation next time.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms are big and clean. The staff were very friendly especially Kevin he is very professional Also Crystal the front desk worker, she is very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back in the future!
If I may.... Crystal at the front desk is very accommodating friendly and efficient. Room was immaculate. Gym could use more cardio......But definitely ideally located and convenient.Rooms: 5/5
Great place, staff is friendly and really accommodating, location was ideal for attending events on Penn State campus. Four stars because the rooms were noisy when people were staying the floor above you, you could hear every step and muted conversation. Breakfast was really good the first morning, the second morning the eggs were a bit rubbery and the sausages were water logged and cool. All in all I would certainly return for the price and experience weren't that bad at all. Pool was lovely and the gym was nice, patio was beautiful to take in the air and grill this time of year!
Stayed overnight 9/4/22 - 9/5: Front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient, breakfast was subpar and had no potatoes and waffle mix was runny, pool is the size of a king-sized bed, "gym" is the size of a bathroom, no internal restaurant. Room was clean, tvs are not smart tvs although they were advertised as such so you're stuck watching the free channels and won't be able to stream your cell phone to the TV. Way too expensive for the meager amenities, it gets 3 stars only on room cleanliness and awesome front desk staff.
The hotel is very nice and clean.The rooms are wonderful,like small studio apartments.Nice indoor pool The breakfast was terrific! A few different choices.I would recommend this hotelRooms: 5/5
