We loved our stay at the Arden park for our wedding and we also loved their event space for our tea ceremony and post wedding brunch. The staff are amazingly helpful and the facilities are so love and comfortable.nThe rooms are also lovely and they look amazing in our photos.nThe pool was also a big plus.nSpecial shout out to Emma and Lori who made our planing process so easy.
Perfectly fine hotel. Rooms are a generous size and clean. Our floor had a bit of a stale smoke smell. One room had definitely been smoked in recently - thankfully, the amazing Vanessa at the front desk made the change quickly. Five stars for Vanessa - amazing focus on customer service. Checked in to make sure the new room was ok AND comped us breakfast. Would for sure return.
Stayed two nights.nnPros: Excellent bed and pillows. Room was spacious. Nice park behind the hotel.nnCons: Lack of plugs esp. around the bed without pulling furniture out. Hotel restaurant expensive with very small portions.nnDidn't try the pool.
We stayed at the Arden Park Hotel during a trip to Stratford for the Shakespeare festival and it turned out to be a good choice. The location is convenient - just down the road from the Festival Theatre and close to a bunch of restaurants and coffee spots. We didn’t have to stress about parking or traffic, which made things way easier.nThe room was clean, with all the usual stuff – fridge and coffee maker and a comfortable bed. It’s not super fancy, but it’s comfortable and quiet. Getting connected to Wi-Fi was a bit of a bother, however. Maybe I didn’t follow the guidelines properly on getting connected.nWe had breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next morning, and it was good. The service was friendly. But please note that breakfast isn’t included, which would’ve been nice.nStaff at the front desk were helpful.nIf you’re in town for the plays or just exploring Stratford, Arden Park is a good choice.
Nice well appointed older hotel that has been maintained and kept up to date. All services were fine. We skipped the $70 Mother's Day brunch and ate instead at Romeo's across the street. It was very welcoming and well priced.
