The Bruce Hotel

I have traveled the world, and this hotel is one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating hotels I have been to. The linens were top quality, the room was a great size, and everything you needed was there. No expenses spared on this place. If you are in the Stratford or even London area, make an all out effort to stay at this quaint, and beautiful hotel. Even better than any 5 star hotel!

Went for "high tea with Santa" - it was really fun, and interesting. They have a "tea expert" who walked us through all the choices and explained a bunch of cool tea facts - it was interesting, but went on a bit long. Santa came to our table, but when he saw there were 5 adults, he moved on pretty quickly, to tables with kids g which is how it should be. Food was excellent, and there was a lot of it!

Went there for lunch March 24. Table we sat at was very wobbly lol. Was going to use my napkin to hold it still. Waited a little long for our food. We were the only ones there. Was told by staff that everything is freshly made. Too bad when food arrived it was not overly warm. Asked about beer on tap but staff not very informed about what's there. Been there 4 times. 3 menu changes. Will not be a 5 time. Too bad. New look is nice but I'm done with this place.

Great food and amazing service! Always love being at The Bruce due to the ambiance, especially when it is snowing! Beautiful windows and we'll placed trees to enjoy the snow from inside! (Side note - best hollandaise sauce ever!!)

The hotel is beautiful. We went for our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.
