In response to Meg Maul: Please if I'm going to be used as a reference in your complaint, please use actual facts! I am truly sorry you feel you were mistreated I can't comment on what had happened between you and Andy our Manager i was not present. As for our encounter when you opened your door we greeted each other both politely and with smiles on our faces. The first question you asked me was "what is the name of the man at the front desk?" I responded with "Andy our manager". We had a conversation about your husbands encounter with Andy, I apologized we had more conversation and i wished you well on your travels you wished me a pleasant day. At no point was I distraught or in tears and I'm incredibly sorry it seemed so I try to be pleasant and up beat at all times especially at work. Great older but renovated motel. Room has all the modern and contemporary amenities, including granite countertops and bath surround. Very nice rooms. All rooms are exterior entry with parking immediately in front of rooms, which does add convenience but also increases the noise level. Note that there is not an elevator, so plan accordingly. The breakfast is one of the best with many choices. Highly recommend. The only suggested improvement would be high definition TV reception.

We checked in at 4am due to dangerous road conditions in Dillon, MT. We were assured by the night desk clerk that because of the hour, we would be welcomed to stay until through that following night (in the same 24hr period). I am active duty military and was traveling with my exhausted pregnant wife stranded on bad roads. However, 7 hrs later I was woken by someone that identified themselves as Andy the manager. He was very hateful and demanded that we leave, and stated we were in violation of hotel policy and either leave or pay an additional $200 for an extra night if we intended to stay past 12pm. He stated that when we had checked in, and what the circumstances were, made absolutely no difference to him. Pay or leave. I had to get my pregnant wife back out in the snow with less than 8 hrs of sleep because of this hateful, totally unprofessional man. Then, as we are leaving, my wife asks a housekeeper why she is upset and finds out Andy had just verbally assaulted her. The housekeeper said she wanted to file a complaint with top managerment but feared losing her job. She was in tears and looked afraid for her safety. She said Andy has a reputation for verbally abusing staff and guests, and after the experience I had just had I absolutely believed it. This man needs to be immediately removed from the position, because clearly he does not possess the self control nor the attributes for professionalism and guest satisfaction required for hotel management. I would be hesitant to ever stay at any Best Western location again after this abuse.

We love the Best Western in Dillon. The rooms are very comfortable and we like the breakfast in the morning. Internet in the rooms is handy as well. The hotel is close to town, so easy to drive or walk anywhere. We would highly recommend it.

Competent front desk personnel, very pleasant, very clean, very accommodating. LOTS of kids running around & yelling on the upper floor. But, that's unfit parents at work - not a reflection of this establishment. They're doing a great job here & it's a great place to stay in a small town.
