Lucas is the best customer service! Explained well on every portions of the phone service and great suggestion to gave me a phone plan.
I’ve got U sim card today, it didn’t work! I called them to ask about it, they said it will take a few days. I already prepaid and asked a refund but she just hung up the phone! This is worst service I have ever experienced.
Choosing this phone service due to my friends suggestion, i was consulted by Lucas, who explained me everything in details and recommended me a better plan compared to my last one. Satisfied.
It is such a bad service and i can not port out immediately. That means you have to call the customer service and request to port out . You should be waiting for long time and waste time. You do not choose this phone box. You should waste time and money.
