The Best Buy located here is a very large store with an extensive selection, and most items are typically available, making it convenient for shoppers. However, my experience purchasing a laptop there was less than ideal. It was difficult to find a staff member, as they didn’t seem proactive or welcoming. When I finally managed to speak with one, their approach was disappointing and unprofessional. They seemed more focused on closing a sale rather than providing guidance or having a meaningful conversation to help me make an informed decision. This could definitely be improved for a better customer experience.

It truly is shameful that a reputable brand like Sony would scam its customers on Black Friday for a few bucks. The Sony WH-CH520 is list on 59.99 on Black Friday down from 100$, which is false, because the regular price was never 100$. And they also do this with many other products. This is truly shameful.

Probably the worst best buy location I have ever been to. Not only is it almost impossible to get staff to help you because they are either not around or just busy talking to each other and friends but even if you do get one of them by grabbing them as they walk buy you and ask them a question....chances are they will point you in the wrong direction. This is not a one time visit review but a multiple visit with the same result. Also they have very little in Stock, a lot of shelves look empty.

I go here because they have stuff I want, if there was a choice I would go elsewhere.

Yesterday I experienced unfair treatment from one of the workers.nnI Kindly asked for help in french and he said : : « I’ll be right there ».nnI was waiting at the screen i wanted to purchase yet he decided to help someone else before me.nnThe point is , he said that I was next, yet he chose to help someone else before me.nnWas it because he was a man and I’m a woman? Therefore I cant give him a comission because I might not be decisive enough to do so???nnOr Is it because I’m Mexican and my french accent was not good enough??nnAnyways my husband arrived later and helped me … in 5 min i bought the screen i wanted.nnAll i wanted was 5 min to buy the best screen possible.nnBut he decided i was not worth his time …..nnBEST BUY.. please train your employees better … This should not happen.nnDiscrimination is not right.nnI was polite and patient.
