IF you are here for a delivery the docks are just right on the corner of best buy . You will see for docks with big closing doors . Go there and press the buzzer.

Probably the worst best buy location I have ever been to. Not only is it almost impossible to get staff to help you because they are either not around or just busy talking to each other and friends but even if you do get one of them by grabbing them as they walk buy you and ask them a question....chances are they will point you in the wrong direction. This is not a one time visit review but a multiple visit with the same result. Also they have very little in Stock, a lot of shelves look empty.

I wait for my purchase from 7:30 and someone tell me that there are lots of snow in the road, they couldn’t come. And I will show the road if there are so much snow. I don’t like their delivery system. They are Irresponsibility!!!

Worst costumer service ever. I'm standing for almost half an hour in front of the mobile desk, there are only two people to serve the clients, they are taking ages to finish and there is absolutely no one else to come and ask if I need anything including the two that are working, they could at least acknowledge me and say they would talk to me soon, but they show no sign that they have any concern to help me

Worst staff, Worst delivery, Worst attitude. they are totally irresponsible in everyway. no one speak English here, Never had any help from staff, they just told me to wait, I had to leave after one hour waiting FOR HELP. One day other store reserved an item for me to pickup from this store. This store manager told me they never heard of it. I went back to previous store, I was sent here again, this time the staff told me they have already sold that item. This is a BEST-DISASTER STORE.
