My family went in there to buy a tv. Immediately greeted by the staff who had someone ready for us in the tv section. Jarrett was our sales representative who was helpful and friendly. I can't speak for the other staff but he knew what he was talking about. After settling on a tv we wanted he was able to find us last year's model in storage and gave us the option for that at a discounted price brand new. Everyone was happy and we saved ourselves a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend Jarrett.
My family has purchased several large appliances and multiple pieces of electronic equipment from this location. Today we purchased a dishwasher from Ian and, as usual, the staff was friendly, helpful and honest. We’ve always received helpful advice when choosing our purchases. Keep up the good work and be proud of yourselves. You’re doing an amazing job.
Always get good service from Anthony and his staff. I’ve purchased my appliances, multiple TVs, computers, etc. Always had a great experience.
Went to store inquiring about a fridge, they were very helpful. I live in a remote community and was told they could bring the fridge in to the store for pickup as delivery not available where I live. We went home and attempted to buy the fridge from home after thinking about the purchase...big mistake, you cannot talk to the store directly, the online/phone system employees will not let you talk to the store and I was told they could not ship to store or to my house. Save yourself the time and find somewhere with better customer service, corporate let this store down.
Needed an adapter cause the one I brought from Switzerland wasn't the right one. And the staff was really helpful and friendly. Thx

Knowledgeable staff who can help you find whatever you're looking for. Great payment plans with the Best Buy card, and great customer service. The Item I wanted wasn't in stock, so they ordered it in within the week. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
First impression was lacking, staff were inviting immediately which was nice. Not a big fan of Best Buy's commerce, howevere, their sales are truely worth waiting for. I got some SD cards for a great deal during boxing week.
Best buy was terrible, bought a phone for $1.5k. it was supposed to arrive yesterday, they then delayed it so I changed the shipping speed to get it tomorrow for an extra $10. It went through, then they just canceled my order. Never using best buy again for anything ever.
