We were in a panic on Mother's Day after discovering that winter had left a broken exterior pipe that dumped water into our finished basement when we used the spigot. Eric R. was able to come over quickly and get the repair completed. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave advice for the cleanup. Glad he was able to come and help!

First class in every sense. Thus far Eric/Benjamin Franklin has installed a new water heater and toilet. Eric does excellent, neat work and is more than willing to address questions or concerns. We will certainly use Eric and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Have always found the staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing friendly, courteous and professional. We called for service due high water consumption and Mike was dispatched. He did a through inspection, diagnosed the problem, and provided the remedy. Thanks for a super job.
