This place is a joke. My grandpa who’s 73 years old, and not able to do mechanical work on his own anymore brought his truck here to replace a ball joint, they charged him $99.99 for the cheapest ballpoint. Which I priced at $49. Not a big deal I understand making a bit of a buck off parts. But whats aggravating is that they charged him $399 Removing & replacing ONE ball joint. Which is bolt in, should not have been more than 1 hour labour. Tried to go back and ask him to justify where he came up with that number and he had nothing to say. STAY AWAY FROM BENS AUTO
