Shop manager Roxy is very rude and inconsiderate. Didn't say hi to me the last 5 times I was here. He just goes quiet and stares. Sales and parts desk seem very friendly as well as shop staff. Although ROXY HEIBERT completely turned me off of this dealership. Solely because of him I will not ever be back and will tell anybody considering this shop I will share all of my very negative experiences and visits. 0% out of 100%. It's worth the trip to Brandon or Winnipeg just to avoid this shotty/ slack/ not caring attitude. Have complained previously and no action was taken due to Roxy bring the shop manager. This dealership is failing due to the weakest link.
We have purchased several Ford vehicles from Westward Ford and regularly have this local dealership service both our 2017 F150 and 2015 Focus. We find Westward Ford and it's employees to be friendly, efficient anď professional. They recognize us when we show up, provide prompt shuttle service and perform high quality work. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
The Westward Ford team is one of the best in Manitoba and their service from the shop to sales to the front desk is phenomenal, every single time. Their attention to detail and customer service is always top notch and they never let us down — that’s why we’ve been long-term clients with them.

Charged $130 for a glorified undercarriage wash. When we returned the car because the issue was still not resolved and the Service manager Roxy, told us he'd have to charge us again for the service, also no guarantees they'd find anything. I told him that he shouldn't have to charge us again if the issue we took it in for wasn't fixed. He got really angry and told us to "Get lost", to "take it to someone else who cares" before escaping off into the back room. This was the worst customer service I've received in my life. I've never been spoken to like that from any "professional". I've worked and still work in customer service for years and I would have been fired on the spot if I spoke to a customer like that. Westward Ford is a joke. They lost 2 future customers, and now an entire family from buying from these clowns.
Was referred by a friend to get a new vehicle, sales person went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. Appreciate all the dedication in Doug’s time and effort to getting my new truck. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Our buying experience at Westward Ford was second to none. Dan McArthur is very knowlegeable and professional while being very personable and easy-going at the same time. The entire process from looking to buying was very relaxed and we are thankful for that. Highly recommend.
