Ben and Florentine's was an excellent choice for breakfast. The menu features a variety of sweet and savory options, giving you plenty of choices depending on your preferences. I have a food allergy, and our server was very helpful to ensure that my food was prepared to keep me safe. The portion sizes were very large, and everything was very tasty. The restaurant had a very modern feel and was very clean. I highly recommend Ben and Florentine's if you are looking for a great breakfast!
Food was good but service was subpar.nWent on a Thursday morning and the restaurant was fairly empty. The waitress served us our food and then stood behind the counter for the rest of the time chatting and eating with the hostess. No one came to ask us if we wanted a coffee refill or if we needed anything else. Considering how empty the place was there was no excuse for this.
This breakfast place is very quick and caring. They forgot one item on one of my previous orders but they made sure to include the item on my next order and even gave me more stuff for free. In the current economic climate where there’s price hike on food, vegetables, fruits and more, they still find it important to keep the customer happy, and so for that, thank you for your humanity. I recommend this breakfast place for sure. You can dine in, do take out or delivery.
I do not recommend this place. The dish did not come as shown on the menu, poor fruit and to pay more than 20 dollars per dish
I have been to many Ben and Florentine locations in the past and this is the first time that I have been very disappointed. First, my tea arrived and there was a lip print pink lipstick on the mug, in the middle of a pandemic, really? When our breakfast finally arrived, let's say my eggs Benedict did not look like the one advertised on the place mat. It did not look appetizing at all. There was way too much Hollandaise sauce and the consistency was way too thick and it coagulated. Next, the spinach was not even cooked, not blanched. Plus, an egg yolk was missing! When I cut into one of the English muffins, the runny egg yolk was on one side only. The other side was just egg white, no yolk. Come on! Is that why it was covered in so much sauce so I would not notice? Unfortunately, I will never come back to this Ben and Florentine.
